Here’s a record you’ll be very lucky to see again, ever – much less in this stellar condition!
Sun Ra is one of the rarest finds of the avant garde jazz world, his records are super scarce. This is the first time I have seen one in years myself, and I am buying collections a LOT. So the rarity is established.
Beyond that, this record is a perfect one in every regard – the cover has original (opened) shrink so it is perfect – no discoloring, no creases, no damage or wear at all to front or back. The back cover explains some of Ra’s thinking (WOW), and is easy and clear to read fully.
The wax is unblemished by any playback or storage damages – looks pristine.
