OK – what we have here, are 2 different copies of Tuck and Patti’s LP, Tears of Joy on Windham Hill Records.
Both of them appear to be label promos, and it makes sense, as I was managing a record store when it was released, and Windham was big on sending store copies.
These do range in price by $7, and it is 100% due to the wear on the covers. The promo that is not stamped (has a saw cut, $35) has been in a plastic sleeve (w/hype sticker) since I brought it home, the other one ($28) got some use in the record store first (very little play time though – think, Sunday mornings mostly).
The wax on both of these records looks lovely – you will be pleased with either, for sure. The difference is totally in the covers, and the fact that one has the original sleeve/hype sticker.

(sorry for the blurriness here – I can re-take, if you want…)
This is pleasingly different. Mellow and cool. NZ
