Here we have Idlewild South by the Allman Brothers.
In nice shape, you can see that the cover does show a little bit of wear…mostly in dings and dents, more than anything else. I zoomed in on the one spot on the bottom edge where there is a small bit of fraying – I zoomed also at the bottom corner, that has a dent. The last zoom is of some discoloration on the front cover. You can find all of the zoomed-in spots on the image of the front cover.
The inner has no splitting – original Atco sleeve.

I spun this about a week ago, and I loved it – it sounds like vinyl (not totally free from a pop here and there) but overall, in great shape. I played it twice… 🙂
