Here we are looking at Freddie-Hubbard-The-Night-Of-The-Cookers-Live-At-Club-La-Marchal-Volume-2 on Blue Note, this one is the 1973 reissue. You can clearly ID the version from the labels.
Cover on this one is clean and in nice shape overall. It is in the original shrink, opened, so the price tag residue you see on the cover is on the shrink, not the cover. There is a tiny corner cut (top, on the mouth), and an edge roll on the top edge that is not real big, but you can feel it. The back cover has a slight bit of aging, but it is exaggerated in the picture because of the way the light plays on the shrink wrap. Solid cover though, to me.
Inner is plain white, probably replaced. Labels are clean on both sides, free from damage, writing or tears.
Wax is really nice here – I saw at best, a small storage scuff on side one that was super light and wispy, and some stuff on side two (also from storage, not a needle) that looks like it might clean off in the Spin Cleaner, but I don’t think it will affect playback from what it looks like in any case – it is not into the grooves.
I haven’t, but am happy to play it for you – it looks like you’ll get a really nice, clean playback from it, pushing NM, but likely a few random pops. I do think it would do well with a good scrub, and I only saw the small mark on side one that looked like it might have a click in it.
