Here we are looking at Horace Silver Quintet’s The Stylings of Silver, re-released on Blue Note in mono in 1966.

The main thing to think about on this one, is the rip in the cover. That one is an “ouch”, and there are some super light penciled notes on the back. 

The rest of it is going to make you very happy – I spun it today, and it sounds AMAZING – super present, loudly mixed, and clear as a bell from surface noise distractions. It makes a great player, so the rip in the cover is simply something unfortunate, but it lowers the price so you get a great record for less.
