Here’s a really lovely copy of Takin’ Care of Business by Ral Donner.
You can see from the pictures, this is a trophy piece – and yeah, I graded it low-side with VG+ – it’s a honey. On the cover, look at the top left corner – it’s got a small bump, but otherwise I was hard pressed to find any imperfections in it – just really well preserved.
The labels on both sides are really clean – and if you look by the spindle hole, there is not a lot of marks, indicating it was probably not played much. There is a blemish across the last two tracks on side B – it is not a scratch, but it is a mark in/on the wax. There is a pressing imperfection in there too – something in the wax from the factory that is worth noting – not the cleanest record I have ever seen in that regard, but not much you can do about it except complain. Overall, this is super clean – with no marks on it from overplaying, misuse, or improper storage. A super solid one, front to back!
