Here we are looking at a lovely copy of Yusef Lateef’s Jazz Mood on Savoy, MG 12103. While not the original pressing, this is a stellar reissue.
The cover is in great shape, especially the front. There are no splits on the edges, nor any fraying anywhere…no bad dents or anything much to report. There is a slight bit of wear on the back cover, but you can see it is only some minimal shelf wear.
The inner is replaced, it is a plastic lined paper sleeve. The lables are clean on both sides…there is a very small area on the A side that has a little factory bubbling to it, but again, it is a tiny area.
The wax is really sweet – it has an excellent shine to it. I don’t see any needle marks or storage scuffs anywhere so this looks like a straight up NM playback…I would be surprised if it was anything less, because there is certainly no indication from its condition. This a super nice used record, as the pictures will support.
